Do I have to be an existing distributor?
Preferably you already operate in the medical, laboratory or diagnostics space. That said, we'll consider strong newcomers with the right team, capital and market access — tell us your story in the application.
Which products can I distribute?
It depends on your territory, your registrations and demand in your market. We agree the portfolio together during the review call so it fits your business.
Is the territory exclusive?
Territories are allocated per country and market segment. Exclusivity is discussed case by case based on your commitment and coverage.
How long does approval take?
Usually just a few business days after our intro call. Once approved, your portal account and guided onboarding are ready immediately.
What does it cost to join?
There's no fee to apply. Commercial terms — pricing, minimums and any commitments — are set out transparently in your distribution agreement.
